2. Road Test:
    Parents are responsible for taking the student for the Road Test. The date, time and location of your
    road test is on the back of your permit. Do not take your permit apart. Your test car must have the
    parking brake in the middle or no center console on the floor. You need your permit, original civil
    birth certificate, ( or a certified copy of your birth certificate ) drivers license, registration,
    insurance card and a valid inspection sticker. Please have your social security number to put on
    your drivers license application card. 6 point ID verification and proof of address is also needed.
    There is a fee of $6.00 for your provisional license. There are no rest room facilities at the road test
    site ( Please go before you go for your test ). Remember to signal, check mirrors and blind spots
    ANY TIME you are not going straight ahead. Non-citizens - bring all proof of your legal residency.

3. Insurance:
    Your insurance company must be informed when your son/daughter passes the Road Test.
    Photocopy your insurance certificate. To replace a lost insurance certificate, send us the students
    full name, address, date of last driving lesson along with a check for $10.00.
